Prepare for Birth & a Joyful Postpartum
Journeying into parenthood brings questions, fears, and concerns about the unknown. As a postpartum doula, my job is to help you prepare confidently for birth, guide you through a peaceful postpartum, and ease you through those sleepless nights.
Why I love being a doula
I love working with families when they bring baby home to help with the transition into parenthood. I am a calming voice that can help support your family during this amazing but hectic time.
I typically work daytime hours and help with feedings, laundry, diapers, dirty dishes, light cleaning, simple meals, and emotional and physical support. I can be a shoulder to cry on, a sounding board for your questions, concerns, and frustrations, an extra pair of hands to help with the baby when you need some time to yourself, or I can also be there to help with postpartum anxieties and feelings of sadness if they arise.
